Terms & Conditions

Termination from the Class: Participants may be terminated from the class for any reason deemed necessary by the instructor or management. This includes but is not limited to disruptive behavior, failure to adhere to class policies, or any actions deemed detrimental to the learning environment.
Payment Policy: Payment for the class must be made in advance, prior to the first session of each month. Failure to submit payment on time may result in the participant being excluded from the class.
No Refunds for Missed Classes: There will be no refunds or credits issued for missed classes, regardless of the reason for absence. Participants are responsible for attending all scheduled sessions, and missed classes will not be reimbursed or rescheduled.
Cancellation Policy: In the event that a class is canceled by the instructor or management, participants will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, efforts will be made to reschedule the canceled session at a later date. If rescheduling is not possible, participants may be offered a credit towards future classes or a partial refund at the discretion of the management.
Conduct and Behavior: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times during class sessions. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any actions that may interfere with the learning experience of others will not be tolerated and may result in termination from the class without refund.
Attendance Policy: Regular attendance is crucial for the participant's progress and the overall success of the class. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions punctually. Excessive absences may result in termination from the class without refund.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the management. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance, and continued participation in the class will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

By enrolling in the class, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with any of the above policies may result in termination from the class without refund.
