Enrollment & Tuition

• A one-time, non-refundable enrollment fee is required at registration.
• Tuition is charged on a monthly basis (not per class).
• Tuition must be paid in full before the first class of each month to secure your spot.
• The monthly fee secures your place in the program rather than being tied to individual class attendance.
• Each participant is responsible for managing their own attendance.
• Late or missed payments may result in suspension from class until the balance is resolved.

Attendance

• Regular and punctual attendance is essential for your progress and for the overall success of the class.
• Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Excessive absences may affect your standing in the program and may lead to removal without refund.

Class Cancellations

• If a class must be canceled by the instructor or management, students will be notified as soon as possible.
• Whenever possible, the canceled class will be rescheduled.
• If rescheduling is not feasible, students may be offered a credit toward future classes or a partial refund at management’s discretion.

Conduct & Studio Environment

• Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, professional, and collaborative manner.
• Please arrive prepared, focused, and ready to participate.
• Disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program without refund.

Media & Promotions

• Classes may be photographed or filmed for studio marketing and promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, print materials).
• If you do not wish to appear in such materials, you must notify the studio in writing on your first day of class.
• Without such notice, participation serves as consent to use photos/videos in which you may appear, without compensation.

Policy Updates

• These policies may be updated at the discretion of the studio.
• Students will be notified of changes, and continued participation will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
