Two-Weekend Film Acting Workshop – Film Acting Weekly Class (Cinematic Monday):

Cancellation Requests:
All requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@agarte.studio
Please provide your full name, workshop date, and a brief reason for cancellation in your email.

Refund Policy:
In the event of cancellation, you have the option to roll over your payment to a subsequent workshop, space permitting, if the request is made at least 14 days before the scheduled workshop start date. If the cancellation occurs within 14 days of the workshop, we will make a “best efforts” attempt to fill your space. If successful, you will receive a credit for a subsequent workshop within the next 12 months, space permitting. If we are unable to fill the space, or all future workshops are sold out, no credit will be issued. No credits will be issued after the workshop starts, and all credits expire 12 months from the date of issue.

Transfer of Registration:
Credits are non-transferrable.

Workshop Rescheduling:
In the unlikely event of a workshop rescheduling, registered participants will be promptly notified. Participants will have the option to attend the rescheduled workshop or transfer their registration to a future date.

Cancellation by the Organizer:
If, for any reason, the organizer cancels the workshop, registered participants will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.

No-Shows:
If a registered participant fails to attend the workshop without prior notice, no refund or transfer of registration will be provided.

Force Majeure:
The organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

By registering for Agarte Studio’s Two-Weekend Film Acting Workshop – Film Acting Weekly Class (Cinematic Monday), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.

1-ON-1 CAMERA COACHING:

Cancellation Policy for Private Lessons:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating the need for cancellations. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Requests:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@agarte.studio
Please include your full name, scheduled lesson date and time, and a brief reason for cancellation in your email.

Refund Policy:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson are non-refundable.

Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule a lesson, please contact us at least 48 hours before the original scheduled time.
Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability.

No-Shows:
If you fail to attend the scheduled lesson without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late for a scheduled lesson, the lesson will end at the originally scheduled time, and no additional time will be added.

Cancellation by the Instructor:
In the rare event that the instructor needs to cancel a lesson, every effort will be made to reschedule at a time convenient for both parties, or a full refund will be issued.

Payment:
Payment is due in full at the time of scheduling the private lesson.
